September in the Valley
It's Labor Day week and end of summer vibes are in the air. However, my favorite season is just around the corner so I'm excited for cool breezes, colorful mountain landscapes, and pumpkin spice everything!
What are the must-not-miss events for September in the Shenendoah Valley area?
Temperatures in the mid-70's make this time of year perfect for anything outdoors - hiking, cycling, horseback riding, canoeing, ziplining, or wading in a pool beneath a waterfall. The 31st Annual Bluegrass Festival is being held September 8-10 in Grottoes at the Grand Caverns Park.
